SATURDAY - NAIROBI

Arrive at Nairobi, where you will be met by a Safari Ventures Guide. Transfer to your hotel. The rest of the day is at your leisure. Overnight at Nairobi Serena Hotel or Similar. [B]

SUNDAY - NAIROBI
Start your day with a splendid breakfast at the hotel, followed by exploring the historic sites of Nairobi at your leisure. Consider available excursions of your choice: nice theatres showing the latest films, fine restaurants serving every type of food, as well as Internet cafes. The city is constantly alive and vibrant, especially at night. Overnight at Nairobi Serena Hotel or Similar. [B]

MONDAY - NAIROBI/MOUNT KENYA
Rise for an early breakfast and depart for the Mount Kenya Region. Arrive and check-in, followed by lunch at the Sweetwaters’ Tented Camp or Similar. Enjoy an afternoon game drive with magnificent views across the Kenya plains to the snow-capped peaks of Mount Kenya, and an abundance of wildlife and tropical vegetation. Watch for the “Big 5” game - Lion, Leopard, Rhino, Elephant and Buffalo. Only 2.5 hours from Nairobi on a paved highway, the Reserve is easily accessible and has the highest ratio of game-to-geographical-area of all parks and reserves in Kenya. TUESDAY - MOUNT KENYA/ABERDARES
Breakfast and then depart for the Aberdare Forest. Arrive at the Aberdare’s Golf & Country Club (for lunch). Transfer to the Ark Lodge or Similar. Set in the heart of the Aberdare National Park, this unique game lodge overlooks a floodlit waterhole and salt lick for enhanced evening viewing of elephant, rhino, leopard, bushbuck and occasionally an elusive bongo. Resembling and named after Noah’s Ark, your Lodge has three decks for superb game viewing. Dinner and overnight at the Ark Lodge or Similar. [B,L,D]

WEDNESDAY - ABERDARES/LAKE NAKURU
After an early breakfast depart for Lake Nakuru. Arrive for check in and lunch at Lake Nakuru Lodge or Similar. In the afternoon, embark on a game drive in the park and around the lake. There are millions of pink flamingos seeking their food in the salty deep-green waters of the lake. Over 400 species of birds can be found, including cormorants and pelicans. However, visitors may see Thomson and Grant gazelles, impalas, waterbucks, giraffes, buffaloes, and leopards. This park has become Kenya’s premier Rhino sanctuary and now protects both Black and White Rhinos, over 80 in number. Dinner and overnight at the Lake Nakaru Lodge or Similar. [B,L,D]

THURS - FRIDAY - LAKE NAKURU/AMBOSELI
Breakfast at the lodge and then depart for the Amboseli National Reserve. Arrival and check-in at the Amboseli Serena Lodge or Similar. Take an afternoon game drive in the Reserve. Beautifully situated at the foot of the towering Kilimanjaro, it is the home of the brightly painted Masai tribe. Here you can see lions, cheetahs, spotted hyaenas, gnus, Kaffir buffaloes, Burchells zebras and herds of elephants. The animals come to drink at water holes consisting of small lakes or muddy ponds, filled by water from the melting snows of Kilimanjaro. Dinner and overnight at the Amboseli Serena Lodge or Similar. SATURDAY - AMBOSELI/NAMANGA/ARUSHA/ LAKE MANYARA

Breakfast at the lodge and then depart for Tanzania. From a scenic, elevated tour vehicle, view the Masai Steppe filled with many picturesque African villages as plantations ripe with corn, coffee and bananas. Arrive at the Lake Manyara Serena Lodge or Similar. Perched on the edge of the Rift Valley with stunning views of the lake. Dinner and overnight at the Lake Manyara Serena Lodge or Similar. [B,L,D]

SUNDAY - LAKE MANYARA
Breakfast at the lodge followed by morning game drive exploring Lake Manyara National Park. About midday continue to Mto Wa Mbu Village for lunch. In the afternoon, you will have an opportunity to explore the local market. There is also an opportunity to explore the local area with visits to homes, churches and a kindergarten school. Dinner and overnight at the Lake Manyara Serena Lodge or Similar. [B,L,D]

MONDAY- LAKE MANYARA/ SERENGETI
After breakfast you will depart for Serengeti National Park with a stop at the famous Olduvai Gorge site of some of the oldest human fossils. You then continue into Serengeti National Park with a game drive en route to your lodge located in Seronera (central Serengeti) arriving in time for lunch. Overnight at the Serengeti Serena Lodge or Similar. [B,L,D]

TUESDAY- SERENGETI
Full day spent in the Serengeti with morning and afternoon game drives. The park covers 9,000 square miles of rolling plains. It is estimated that over 3 million large mammals roam the area. In May and June you can witness the annual migration of millions of zebra and wildebeest in search of water and forage as the seasons change. You will experience spectacular game drives during your stay. Overnight at the Serengeti Serena Lodge or Similar. [B,L,D]

WEDNESDAY - SERENGETI/NGORONGORO
Breakfast and then depart for the spectacular Ngorongoro Conservation Area where upon arrival youwill immediately descend into the Crater for game viewing. Considered to be one of the wonders of the world, many visitors describe the crater area as their image of the Garden of Eden or Jurassic Park. A steep forest wall encircles the area creating a unique habitat for elephant, buffalo, lion, hippo, wildebeest, gazelle, leopard, black Rhino, monkeys and hyena. Dinner and overnight at the Ngorongoro Serena Lodge or Similar. [B,L,D]

THURSDAY - NGORONGORO/ARUSHA/DEPART
Breakfast at the lodge and depart for Arusha. Arrive in town and then lunch at a selected restaurant. Spend the afternoon at leisure. In the evening, transfer to the Airport for your departing flight.
