“I organized two 40-person group trips to South Africa and Tanzania through Safari Ventures while I was a student at Harvard Business School. The staff at Safari Ventures was very helpful, and made planning and running the trip easy. I was actually able to enjoy myself on both trips because their friendly ground staff had the details covered! The parks, hotels, and transport were first class, and Safari Ventures was able to handle our unique requests, from individual travel plans, to special activities. I would certainly recommend them, and I have sent other friends to them as well”

You were particularly helpful with my pre and post- trip arrangements with alternative suggestions of local tours and optimal places to stay. The lodges were wonderfully varied to give us different experiences and habitats. “I come back from Tanzania enthusiastic about the country’s potential. Its long-lasting stability and recent economic performance bodes well for the future. On a personal note, not only am I now planning to take another group of students on a similar trip next year, but I am also exploring possibilities to write case studies and conduct research on Base-of-the-Pyramid initiatives, cross-sector partnerships, and social entrepreneurship in the fascinating Tanzanian context. Tanzania is definitely a country I will be going back to in the near future.”
